Had very comfortable stay for a further night. Had airy, huge room that was older style though renovated. Great and lovely location, the hotel was so close to a motorway. It was set in a very quiet area.

Obliging staff, everything fairly clean.
Possibly the best and fantastic stay for our 2-3 day visit. Reasonably spacious rooms, excellent views over beautiful greenery to the city skyline. The attached restaurant at a very reasonable price.

So we also will choose the place for future trips, but we didn't have time. Thanks a lot for the fairly nice stay for a further night. The location is marvellous and beautiful, 2 km from Swan River. Btw, it's not too far from city centre. The hotel staff is really good and exceptional.

It had great and fab location a minute walk from Parliament House. The hotel was a GOOD base for enjoying a nice area. The room was new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds and good bathroom.

the location was great, for example, "first contact" sculpture was within a close distance from the hotel. shopping malls and supermarkets were right next door.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location on the edge of Kings Park is perfect for nature lovers, and there's a cafe in the foyer for a delicious breakfast. The leafy street adds to the charm of the surroundings. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, and some even come with a big terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Swan River.
All was well, no improvements needed.

This hotel is a fantastic find! the location is superb - nestled on a leafy street right on the edge of Kings Park, it offers a tranquil setting with the bonus of a lovely view of Swan River. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with some even boasting a balcony and lovely view. Lastly, the onsite cafe is a gem, serving up a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.
Parking can be a bit of a concern, but we managed to secure a spot both nights of our stay.
